Created and taught a summer art curriculum focusing on African art which included taking students to the Guggenheim Museum to see the exhibit 'The Art of Africa'. The summer concluded with an exhibiton of student art. At the exhibition, parents were invited to view a video presentation that documented the process of making art with the children.

Oversee a staff of Teaching Artists, which conduct a series outreach art courses in public schools and social service agencies. Arts, help with grant application and Department of Education contract application processes.

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT

As an art consultant, I have written and developed art, science, architecture and social study curriclums, then taught them in classrooms and museums.

As an educational consultant, I offer the advantage of combining computer graphic, illustration and photography skills in creating curriculum and museum materials from exhibition displays to booklets and visual aids.
